TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SKYLIGHT FREERANGE - END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing, copying or running this software ("Skylight Freerange") on your computer, you ("the end-user") are agreeing to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, copy or run Skylight Freerange.

1. Skylight Freerange, in its original or modified form, may not be unlawfully distributed in its entirety or in any part, which includes but is not limited to the intellectual property, the programming, the graphics, the audio, the dialogue, or any other part of Skylight Freerange. Demo versions of Skylight Freerange may be re-distributed in their original unmodified form only.

2. The end-user does not receive any ownership whatsoever of Skylight Freerange.

3. The end-user is only permitted to purchase Skylight Freerange from Dragoon Entertainment Ltd. or a reseller officially recognized by and affiliated with Dragoon Entertainment Ltd.

4. You may not use Skylight Freerange in its entirety or in any part for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purposes.

5. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of Skylight Freerange.

6. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, remove, modify, or tamper with any of Skylight Freerange's files, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. Dragoon Entertainment Ltd. will not provide support should Skylight Freerange fail to work if Skylight Freerange's software or files have been tampered or modified.

7. Skylight Freerange is licensed "as is".

8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragoon Entertainment Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees and shareholders, whether currently or previously involved with Dragoon Entertainment Ltd., disclaim any warranty on Skylight Freerange are not liable for any damages caused through the purchase or any use of Skylight Freerange. This section (Section 8 of Dragoon Entertainment Ltd.'s TERMS AND CONDITIONS - END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for Skylight Freerange) will survive termination, cancellation or nullification of any and/or all parts of this agreement.

9. Immediate failure to comply with any or all of these terms will result in automatic and immediate termination of this agreement and your license to use Skylight Freerange. Termination of this agreement allows Dragoon Entertainment Ltd. to take any necessary action against you under this agreement and/or applicable law to remedy the damages caused by the violation of these terms.

10. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Dragoon Entertainment Ltd.

11. All sales are final. There will be no refunds for purchases of Skylight Freerange.
